Fouad Dakwar is a Palestinian creative whose subversively revolutionary storytelling has been presented on stages and screens of all sizes. Primarily a musical theater writer, Mr. Dakwar’s recent full-length works (‘R3TURN,’ ‘Fouad of Nazareth’) have explored the political cynicism of his generation and the nuances of identity through dark comedy, magical realism, and the punk rock idiom. He received his Honors Bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and his Master’s in Writing and Design for Musical Theater from Berklee NYC where he is currently a Post-Graduate Fellow.
