Randy León is an avid music teacher/musician based out in New York. Born and raised in the Grand Concourse of the South Bronx, Randy is always looking for ways to bring communities together through music. Randy is a graduate of Fredonia State University with a concentration in Music Education and Music Performance. He is currently undergoing his Masters in Music Performance from Montclair State University. Randy has been teaching at various El Sistema music programs such as Orchestrating Dreams for 6 years now. After 9 short years of playing the cello, Randy has had the great honor of playing on great stages such as Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Notre Dame Basilica, National Sawdust, Symphony Space, and many more.
