Annual Benefit Gala

This Year's NYYS Annual Benefit Gala – The Sky Is The Limit!

On October 17, 2022, The New York Youth Symphony welcomed its supporters to its Annual Benefit – The Sky Is The Limit! at Tribeca Rooftop.

Highlights of the evening will include the honoring of pianist, composer, educator, and NYC native Arturo O’Farrill with the Theodore L. Kesselman Award for Arts Education, featured performances by the NYYS Jazz led by Director Andy Clausen, and a silent auction featuring a variety of wonderful prizes and experiences.

The Benefit is the organization’s largest and most important fundraising event of the year. Funds raised support the NYYS’s innovative educational programs, which educate and inspire young musicians through exceptional training and performance opportunities. More than 7,000 students have participated in the orchestra, jazz, chamber music, composition, musical theater songwriting, and conducting programs since the founding of the NYYS in 1963.
