Faith Youn is a multidisciplinary creative with a background in violin performance, visual art, and arts administration. A proud Jerseyan, she began playing the violin at age five and is a student at New York University, where she studies under Professor Cyrus Beroukhim.

A former violinist of the New York Youth Symphony, Faith is equally drawn to the administrative backbone of the arts and hopes to blend her love for classical music with her passion for people-centered work. In addition to her work at NYYS, she currently serves as a Student Leadership Council Member at the League of American Orchestras and as a Programs Assistant at The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, where she previously worked as an Education and Community Engagement Intern. She has also held roles at the New York String Orchestra Seminar, the Hawai’i Youth Symphony, and the Music Academy of the West.

In her free time, she can usually be found drawing, napping, or feeding the local pigeons.
