This concert is all about music that allows us to feel our emotions. The solo cello in Elgar’s Cello Concerto sings soaring melodies, played beautifully by Joshua Roman and supported by the grandeur of the orchestra. Dvorak’s Symphony No. 7 takes us on an emotional journey ranging from serene lyricism to unbridled fervor.
